Methyl Bromide Field Fumigation

Methyl bromide field fumigation regulations which include worksite plans, notification and buffer zone requirements, fumigation methods and worker safety protection. Original materials developed in January 2001.

Pesticide Wildlife Incident Response Plan

In the process of being developed cooperatively by the departments of Fish and Game, Pesticide Regulation and the California Agricultural Commissioners and Sealers Association--implementing a plan for dealing with pesticide related incidents involving injury to fish and wildlife resources.

Procedural Guidance for Pesticide Enforcement Personnel - Caution: Be advised that portions of this manual are no longer valid, however, they have been updated in the Pesticide Use Enforcement Program Standards Compendium, where applicable. DPR recommends that information from the Compendium be used as the primary reference.

An overall perspective of the statewide pesticide regulatory program. Original materials developed in June 1999.

Restricted Materials and Permitting

An overview of the California Restricted Material Permit Process as implemented by the county agricultural commissioners. Original materials developed in October 1997 and updated Summer 2006.
