Surface Water Database Summary Page
Summary Chemical Analysis Results by Sampling Site

This page provides on-line access to summary chemical analysis data from DPR’s Surface Water Database. The data on this page reflect the contents of the database as of April, 2003.

The sampling sites contained in the database are listed below, by county. To access data for a particular site, click on the code for that site. If a county or location is not included in the list on this page, there are currently no data for that location in DPR’s database.

Explanation of the data

When you select a sampling site, the following information will be returned:

Pesticides detected: A listing, by chemical, of each detection contained in the database for that sampling site. Includes the sampling date and concentration (in ug/L (= parts per billion, ppb) for each detection. When more than one sample was taken in the same day at the same sampling site, the maximum detection is shown.

Pesticides sampled for but not detected (nondetections): A summary of the number of nondetections, by chemical, for that sampling site. Nondetection means that a sample was analyzed for the chemical but the chemical was not found.
