County Civil Penalty and Other Administrative Actions

Back to Pesticide Use Enforcement

Administrative actions, taken by county agricultural commissioners, include agricultural and structural civil penalties, and suspension or revocation of county registrations, private applicator certificates, and restricted materials permits. Administrative actions taken since 2000 are available, however, only those actions taken in the last two years are available online. If administrative actions are needed prior to the dates available online, please contact the Enforcement Tracking System Coordinator (see below).

The list represents summary information and are not legal records of administrative actions. The name of the county in which the action was taken is abbreviated (PDF, 21 kb) in the case number. Another column cites the section of the Food and Agricultural Code of the California Code of Regulations that was violated. You can link (PDF, 684 kb) to a narrative description of these code references.

For specific case details, contact the agricultural commissioner in the county in which the action was taken. (Opens in a new window)

These lists are updated quarterly and may not represent the most current information. If there is missing or inaccurate information, or if you have additional questions, please contact the Enforcement Tracking System Coordinator, Mary Ann Coleman by e-mail at mcoleman@cdpr.ca.gov or by telephone at (916) 445-3892
