The Research Authorization is a permit which is required for experimental pesticide applications taking place in the State. The form (PDF) and instructions can be printed from the links below. Return the completed form to the Department using the address at the bottom of the instruction page. Consult with the Plant Physiology office for any questions regarding the completion of the form.
